80g frozen raspberries
20g protein powder - vanilla
200ml cashew milk
Top with:
10g nut butter
5g pumpkin seeds
5g desiccated coconut
5g pine nuts
Method
Blend the first 4 ingredients to a nice thick consistency. Spoon into a bowl and top with the toppings or change them to whatever you like! Enjoy this high protein, high fibre meal any time.
