Smashed Avocado & Tomato on Wholemeal Bagel


Ingredients- serves 1

1 chunky wholemeal bagel

100g avocado

5-8 cherry tomatoes - sliced

Pinch cayenne pepper

Salt & black pepper

Chopped basil leaves to garnish


Method

Toast your bagel. Mash the avocado, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add to the toasted bagel then top with the sliced tomatoes and basil.
