Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 100g smoked salmon

  • 1 slice wholegrain bread

Method:

Beat your eggs together and either scramble in a pot for a few minutes or pop in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs to a slice of toast and place your salmon on top! Enjoy.
