Sweet 'n' Salty Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients- serves 8

1250g sweet potato

1 tspn salt

100ml light olive oil

20g honey

12g sriracha seasoning (we used Creative Cook brand)


Chip the potatoes, cutting off the skin in the process. Par boil for 4 minutes. In a jug mix the other ingredients. Drain the potatoes then cover with the oil dressing. Cook in the air fryer for 20-30 minutes or oven cook at 180* for around 30 minutes.
