Ingredients - Serves 1
120g pre-cooked chicken
50g edamame beans
2 inch piece cucumber
Kale
Sugar snap peas
Baby corn
100g butternut squash
20g goat's cheese
Method
Steam the veg for 8-10 minutes (apart from the cucumber) then add to a dish with the chicken and goat's cheese. Simple!
