Beef With Oyster Sauce


Ingredients: serves 1

125g fillet or sirloin steak

1 whole courgette- ribboned

1 red chilli-finely sliced

2 -3 cloves of garlic-finely chopped

1-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

85g basmati (microwave) rice


Method

Thinly slice the beef and marinade in 1-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and set aside.

In a hot pan gently fry the courgette, chilli and garlic for 5 minutes.

Remove from the pan and place in a separate bowl- cover this with a plate to keep the heat in.

Now add the beef to the pan, you can spray in some one cal oil spray if required.

Cook for a few minutes then transfer to a plate with the pre cooked courgettes and add your rice!
