Buttery Salmon & Pea Pasta


Ingredients - serves 2

2 salmon fillets

150g frozen peas

50g spinach- chopped

120g pasta

2 tsp garlic puree

Pinch of chilli powder

Tsp butter

Salt & pepper

10ml rapeseed oil


Method

Wrap the salmon in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Fry the peas, garlic puree, chilli and pinch of salt in the oil for 10 minutes. Cook the pasta in a separate pot as per packet instructions. Once ready, add the drained pasta to the pea mix then add the spinach, butter and salmon (breaking the salmon into flakes). Serve with black pepper.
