Ingredients:
120g Chicken-pre cooked
85g microwave wholegrain rice
40g frozen peas
half packet of green beens
1/2 an onion
Soy sauce
Green chilli - optional
Method
Add your sliced onion and green beans to a hot pan with some one cal oil spray, cook for 5 minutes. Next add your pre cooked chicken to the pan/wok with some soy sauce. Add the peas and cook for a further few minutes. Next add the rice (no need to cook in the micro first just straight to the pan) Mix everything well, adding another splash of soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
