Ingredients: serves 6
2 pepper
1 onion
200g cherry tomatoes
400g chicken breast
1 jar of pasta sauce around 400g
drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp of mild chilli powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic granules
500g of wholegrain pasta
85g garlic & herb Philadelphia
Method
Put the chopped chicken, peppers, onions and tomatoes into an oven proof dish. Drizzle with the olive oil then sprinkle over the spices. Pop into the oven for 35 minutes at 180*. Meanwhile cook your pasta as per the packet instructions. Once the chicken and veg is ready, add this to the drained pasta. Mix in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the cream cheese. Enjoy!
