Ingredients:
240g Chicken breast - cubed
cherry tomatoes
1 courgette mushrooms
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp tikka spices 12g olive oil
Method:
Coat the chopped chicken in the spices , salt and olive oil. Then push onto steel skewers with vegetables. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Serve with rice and salad!
