Cod with Cumin Butter

Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 170g Cod

  • 200g new potatoes - cubed

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

  • 15g butter

  • Dill

  • Salt & pepper

Method:

Season the cod and pop into the oven for 15 mins. Meanwhile boil the chopped potatoes for the same time. Just before the fish is ready melt the butter in a small pan and add in the cumin and a good pinch of salt. Plate up the fish and potatoes and drizzle with the cumin butter. Season with dill and black pepper.
