Greek Style plant based kebab

Ingredients - serves 1


100g Vivera Shawarma kebab

1 wholemeal pitta bread

15g Feta cheese

4 cherry tomatoes

Iceberg lettuce

5 olives -sliced

20g humus


Method


Cook the Shawarma as per packet instructions. Slice up your salad vegetables, crumble the feta then add everything to the toasted pitta!
