Ingredients:
600g chicken
2/3 red peppers
75g runny honey
4 table spoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 cloves of garlic - crushed

Method:
Slice the chicken into chunky pieces and marinade in the above ingredients for at least 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pop the chicken in the oven for around 25 minutes at 170*. Dry fry the sliced peppers in a hot pan then add to the chicken once ready! Serve with rice, noodles, or anything you fancy!
