Hot Smoked Salmon Rice Bowl


Serves 2


Ingredients:

  • 1 packet (140g) of hot smoked salmon from M&S

  • 1 large yellow pepper

  • 10 green olives

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 packet of basmati

  • Handful of coriander

Method:

Chop the peppers and chilli then add to a warm pan with some one Cal oil spray. Cook for 2-3 minutes.Add everything else to the pan warming through for 5 -10 minutes. Add some salt and pepper! Enjoy
