Pea & Pesto Spaghetti

Ingredients - serves 2

2 large courgettes- grated

100g frozen peas

90g green pesto

120g wholemeal spaghetti

1 tsp garlic puree


Add the peas to a warm pan then add the grated courgette and cook for around 10 mins. Now add the garlic puree and pesto and mix well. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions then once cooked, drain and add to the pea mixture mixing well. Enjoy!
