Ingredients - serves 1
2 Linda Mccartney Veggie sausages
8g chia seeds
50g chick peas
50g edamame beans
Add some cucumber, jalapeño, cherry tomatoes and any salt/spice you enjoy.
Cook the sausages as per packet instructions. Steam the kale for 10 minutes or so, then add everything else to a big bowl, season with your fave salt mix or spice and enjoy!
