Ingredients:
110g x 2 pork loin steaks
2 apples cored and peeled
1 large cabbage
1 leek
Method:
Wash and slice the cabbage and leek. Place this into a steamer for around 8-10 minutes. In a separate pan add a good splash of water , add the apples and put a lid on for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with a little sugar and cook until nice and soft. In a frying pan fry the pork on both sides for around 4 minutes each. When it's all ready add the cabbage to the plate, placing the pork on top then adding the apples!
You can serve with some potatoes or veg of your choice! (this is not included in the nutritional totals)
