Ingredients:
150g jumbo king prawns
10 cherry tomatoes 2"piece of cucumber spinach
1/2 red chilli
16g pine nuts
50g green pesto
100g edamame beans
100g wholegrain pasta
Method:
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. When cooked allow to cool then add in the chopped vegetables along with the rest of ingredients. Mix well and serve with some seasoning!

To make this vegan double the edamame beans amount instead of prawns and use a vegan pesto.
