Ingredients- serves 4
200g wholegrain penne pasta
1 tin of chick peas - drained
1 tin of sweet corn
1 tub of tomato & marscapone pasta sauce
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Gently warm the chick peas, corn and prawns in a pan. Once the pasta is ready, drain then add to the pan with the sauce. Cook for a further 5 minutes until nice and hot! A great mid week dinner, nice and quick!
