Salmon with Chilli and Couscous

Serves 1


  • 125g Salmon

  • 1/2 red chilli sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp of chilli powder


Place the salmon on some tin foil, sprinkle over the chilli powder, salt and fresh chilli. Wrap up and pop in the oven at 180* for 25 minutes. Serve with a portion of colourful couscous and salad!

Approximate calories per serving 275 C 3.9g F 19.8g P 21.4g.

This does not include couscous.

To make this vegan you can use 250g of tofu or tempeh instead of salmon.
