Scotch Broth

Serves 4-6


Ingredients:

  • For convenience buy a pre prepared bag of vegetables that includes root veg and onions.

  • 100g scotch broth mix

  • Small handful of flat leaf parsley

  • 3 (chicken or) vegetable stock cubes mixed in 1Lt of water

Method:

Cook of the vegetables for 5 minutes in a pan, add everything else then simmer very gently for 50 minutes.
