Ingredients- serves 2
300g of salmon fillet (roughly 2 fillets)
3-5g sesame seeds
85g rice
5 stalks of tenderstem broccoli
For the dressing:
1/2" fresh ginger grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Squeeze of half a lime
Method
Mix the dressing ingredients in a jug. Pour over the salmon fillets (in a bowl) and leave for 30 mins in the fridge to marinade. Then add to a hot pan and fry off for 5-7 minutes on each side depending on how you like it. Serve with rice and broccoli. Pour over any marinade from the pan onto the plated salmon.
