Ingredients- serves 2
1/2 red chilli (finely chopped)
2cm piece of fresh ginger (finely chopped)
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
8ml sesame (or olive oil)
Sprinkle of sesame seeds to garnish
Add the chilli and ginger to a hot pan with the oil. Cook for a few minutes. Add in the sauce then the spinach. Move the spinach around continously until it has wilted to your liking. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
