480g chicken breast
2 chicken stock cubes in approx 400ml of water or until covered 3 medium carrots
Gravy granules to thicken once cooked.
Cut the chicken into large chunks. Peel and cut the carrots into large chunks also. Add to a medium sized ovenproof casserole dish. Add the stock. Pop the lid on and cook for an hour at 160*.Once ready stir in some gravy granules to thicken up. Serve with sprouts and potatoes for a classic winter warmer!
