200g wholegrain rice
5-6 spring onions
Cube the tofu and splash with some soy sauce and chilli flakes. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180*. Next separate the egg yolks. Keep the whites and yolks in 2 separate bowls. Now add a little oil to the pan, heat off for now. Add the microwave rice to the pan then coat with egg yolks. Turn on the heat now and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the whites. Now add the finley sliced spring onions. You can add a good splash of soy sauce and pinch of salt. Keep mixing well. Add the tofu once ready and serve!
