Ingredients - makes 6 patties
1 tin black beans
1 tin chick peas
1 small onion
Handful of coriander
6 mushrooms
1 tsp mild chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic power/granules
Salt/pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 chunky bagel per pattie
Method
Blend the ingredients in a food processor then shape into 6 patties. Place them onto baking paper and pop in the oven for 15-18 mins (7-9 mins each side). You can serve on a bun, bagel or pitta. You can add cheese, relish, jalapeño, tomato etc!
