Spicy Sausage & Chickpea Casserole

Ingredients - Serves 3:

  • 10 Paprika flavour Heck (or any brand) chicken sausages

  • 200g frozen peppers

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 red chilli

  • 2 x tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas (drained)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Good handful of coriander


Chop the garlic and chilli and add all the ingredients to a medium sized casserole dish with a lid. Pop into the oven and cook slowly for around 50 minutes at 170*. Serve with rocket or green salad.
