Sunday Roast


  • 120g Chicken

  • 150g sweet potato

  • Broccoli/sprouts

  • 1 carrot

  • Drizzle of gravy


Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and wrap in tin foil. Pop into the oven for 25 mins at 180*. Peel and chop your potato, boil for around 15 mins then mash. You can steam or boil your sliced carrots and sprouts for around 9 minutes, broccoli will only need around 6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the foil and add everything to the plate with a good drizzle of gravy. We used Bisto granules.

To make this vegetarian use Quorn chicken. Vegan ;seitan
