Ingredients-serves 4
200g wholewheat noodles
300g cooked chicken
1 pack of baby corn - chopped
8 stalks of tenderstem broccoli - chopped
80g green beans - chopped to an inch size
150-200ml vegetable stock
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
Method
Add the chopped veg to a large pan and saute in the vegetable stock for 5 minutes or so. Add the honey and tamari sauce and simmer gently. Meanwhile cook the noodles in a separate pan as per packet instructions. Once ready drain and add the noodles to the pan with the veg and give it a good mix. Now shred the pre cook chicken and stir this through too. You can add more honey/tamari to taste.
