Ingredients:
120g chicken
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt
1 bagel thin
15g cheese
1/2 roasted pepper
Gherkins
Method:
Butterfly the chicken breast and rub with salt and chilli powder . Spray with some one cal oil spray. Add the chicken and the half pepper to an oven proof dish and cook at 180* for 25 mins. Once ready pop on your toasted bagel and add the toppings!
