Vegetarian Sausage Pasta Bake

Serves 4


  • 1 packet of "Like Meat " smoked sausage (180g)

  • 200g of wholemeal pasta

  • 1 large red pepper

  • 50g frozen peas

  • 10 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped. 100g mozzarella


Add the chopped garlic, peppers, and tomatoes to a warm pan with One cal Oil spray. Cook for 5-7 mins. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and simmer gently for 10 minutes-covered. Cook the pasta in a separate pot as per packet instructions. Add the sliced sausages and peas to the pan with the tomatoes etc. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Then drain the pasta and mix it through the sausage and tomato sauce. Add this to a casserole dish, then sprinkle the cheese on top. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes . Add rocket and sea salt to serve!
