Ingredients- serves 1
2 large eggs
5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 onion
40g frozen peas
20g cheddar cheese
Method
Beat the eggs in a bowl then set aside. Fry the veg for 5 -7 mins in one cal oil spray. Next pour over the egg and gently cook for a few minutes. Next you either flip it or pop in the oven for 5 minutes. Before you do that, sprinkle on the cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste! Enjoy.
